Success Key #1

The number one success key for my life, is proper nutrition. Yes, eating right is up there at the top of the list as well, but I’m not talking about the body. I’m talking about what we feed our minds. Here is the difference between feeding our bodies and feeding our minds. Concerning our bodies we have a direct choice of what to put in them at every sitting. But everyday there things that invade our minds without our permission. This means, our minds are feeding on junk.  If we are not sensitive to this, many of us could go long periods of time not realizing we are allowing our minds to be fed poison. This will explain some of the things we battle, that we may not understand why we are battling them. Things like anger, depression, hopelessness, and fear. The list goes on. The only way to combat this is to purposely feed our minds good and positive information several times a day. From the moment I wake up in the morning, my mind is bombarded with information that is contrary to the direction I want to take my life. I have to immediately seek out information that is in line with the life I desire to live, thus aborting the other. This is one of the main reason why I write, to provide an instrument to help us properly fed our minds. I do this because I understand that success and failure both take root in our minds first. Eat well today my friends!

It’s Never What You Think

Don’t let your mind play tricks on you. Whenever you are trying to accomplish something or make changes in your life. Your mind will sometimes tell you it won’t work. People in your circle are going to think you’re crazy. My experience when entering into situations like this are that, it is never what my mind is trying to tell me it is. We have to make ourselves think positive thoughts about what’s coming in our direction. If we don’t, we may enter into situations with the wrong attitude, and thus causing everything to turn out badly.
