Do you follow what’s in your heart? The messages of the heart are really important, because the heart is attuned to things that the rest of the self looks over often. How many times have we ignored a soft prompting to say something nice to someone in passing that we don’t know, allowing the opportunity slip right through our fingers? We all need those encouraging words, and they can be especially powerful coming from someone we don’t know.
