Quiet Time
The new year seems to be a time when most of us focus on making some changesĀ in our lives. Remember that as we embark on our journey to make these changes, that it is important to get still and quiet often. One of our greatest down falls as people is our refusal to get alone with ourselves. We know that when this happens, all of the loud less important voices are silenced, and we will then be able to see clearly some of the mess in our lives. I know that looking at ourselves at times can be unpleasant, but to make resolutions and avoid getting still and quiet is counter productive.
