What do you do when it looks like things are just never going to change? We just have to stick with it. It is extremely difficult to keep putting in the time when there seems to be no visual signs that things are getting better. When we are experiencing this, we should remember the seed that is put under the ground. Days and weeks go by and it looks as though nothing is happening. Then one day the evidence of the work going on behind the seen reveals itself.
