The new year is quickly approaching and I know we are all thinking about what changes we are going to make and what goals we are going to set for the new year. Lets make sure that we don’t set ourselves up for failure and set goals that are attainable. I also want everyone to know that we are all on the same journey, and that I am looking to overcome some major issues in my own life that have plagued  me for most of my life. I share this with you because I want all of you to know that it’s not just you, but all of us have things that we are fighting to get the victory over. Even those of us that have stepped out to be leaders and trend setters for the rest of us. So as we make our list, and set out to be a better us in this new year, let us all know that we are not alone in our quest to overcome.
