Remember And Learn
Mistake after mistake after mistake. Sometime I feel like that is the slogan for my life. But in making so many mistakes, I have come to find that my mind has attempted to lean toward telling me that everything I do is just going to turn out the same way. Our minds will tend to lean toward the most negative thoughts most of the time. This happens because it’s just easier that way. We must learn to train our minds to focus in the direction that we want when we are making attempts to move forward. We must not allow our minds to hit the replay button and play out all the mistakes we have made. If we allow our minds to replay them then it should only happen when we are looking at ourselves to make changes. To remember bad things in our past for the purpose of pulling ourselves down is not using our memory for the right reason. Concerning our memory, when we are pondering negative things that have happened, we should be pondering those things to see what we can do different.
