People are the most valuable asset in the universe. The problem with people is that we often do not recognize our own value. This causes us to conduct ourselves in such a way that does not reflect the value of our lives. Remember also that life is not a sprint,  but a long distance event. As you run your race, remember that you are priceless and that change takes time.
